("Oze", "OzeSuper App", "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Excelli Technologies Private Limited, D.No:12-464-9, Flat No:105, Kamadhenu Towers, Tadepalli, Guntur (Dist) – 522501, Andhra Pradesh, India.
These Terms are to be read with the Oze Platform Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of these Terms, please do not use this Platform.
The Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Penal Code, 1860, along with any modifications thereto and regulations enacted thereunder, are fully consistent with our services (which we have detailed in detail below) and these Terms. These Terms are accepted and agreed to when you use our platform, create an account on it, or use any of our services. Please be advised, however, that we make no representations on our compliance with the legal systems of any nation other than India. Please be sure you are allowed to use our services in your jurisdiction before using them.
When using our Platform, there are some guidelines that both you and we must adhere to. This page contains a list of these guidelines. With our platform, you can share photos, videos, music, status updates, and more with your friends in your favourite local language and keep in touch with them. We personalise your newsfeed to display posts, images, videos, and recommendations for content that is available on our platform ("Service/Services") based on our understanding of your chosen content.
Only those who can enter into a legally binding contract with us and who are able to use our services may do so. You represent and warrant that you have the ability to bind a company or other legal person to these terms if you are accepting them on their behalf. In this case, the terms "you" and "your" will relate to the company.

We've created a special platform. We only offer our services in the regional languages. Our goal is to present you with individualised material and engaging information. Additionally, you are free to take content from our platform and share your experiences on other social media sites. You must register on our platform by providing your phone number and the one-time password that we will text to your phone number in order to enjoy our services. Additionally, you grant us access to your mobile device's phone book, SMS inbox, gallery, storage, and camera when you register with us through the mobile application. But we don't access any of the data that is kept on your mobile device.
In order to provide Services to you, we need to access certain features of your mobile device.
We need specific information from you, like your name, phone number, and gender, in order to properly offer and provide any new services to you. Further information may be requested and stored by us. Such data is safely kept on cloud servers owned by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is therefore governed by the privacy policies of both companies. Our methods for gathering, using, sharing, and storing data are described in the Oze Privacy Policy. Your legal rights and your ability to manage the data you give us are also described in the Privacy Policy.
We might also use services and embeds from third parties on the Platform, as specified in the Privacy Policy. The terms and conditions of these third-party services govern how these embeds and API services are used. By utilising these embed or API services, you accept the terms of service given by the third party.
We must all contribute in order to provide a safe and secure service for a varied community. We want you to make certain promises to us in exchange for our promise to offer our services. As a result of your activity on this Platform, including any breach of these Terms, please be aware that you alone are responsible for any associated costs and liabilities. To utilise our services, you must enter your gender and phone number accurately, even though you are not needed to use your real name on our platform. You will not falsely represent yourself as another person or representative of another person to use our Services. If you run a parody account for humorous or satirical purposes, you need to disclose.
Our Platform is secure because of the steps we have taken. The security of our Platform against virus and hacker assaults is not guaranteed, though. To protect your computer and mobile device, you will make sure that you have the necessary anti-malware and antivirus software installed. You will not permit anyone to use your phone number and will not consent to the linking of your phone number to more than one account. Every post made using an account connected to your phone number will be your responsibility.
Although we make every effort to ensure that your usage of our services is secure, please be aware that we are unable to foresee every potential attack on our platform. It is best practice to make sure that neither your computer nor your mobile device are misused or tampered with in any manner.
The Oze Content and Community Guidelines govern how you use our platform. We reserve the right to delete any of your content from our platform if any of our users complain that it violates the Oze Content Community Guidelines. We may be forced to deactivate your account and prevent you from registering with us if repeated notifications are received about violations of the Oze Content and Community Guidelines. If any content violates the Oze Content and Community Guidelines, we reserve the right to remove it from our platform.
We have built our platform to support a wide variety of material in addition to multiple languages and cultures. In order to categorise the content, we have created a number of tags. It is imperative that you accurately categorise the type of content you post and assign the relevant tags. However, you are not allowed to use our platform to share any content that is considered hate speech, obscene, pornographic, and harmful to minors, discriminatory, or that violates any Indian laws or is prohibited from being shared by any Indian laws. We have the authority to delete such content. For more information, please read the Oze Community Guidelines and Content.
In addition to the aforementioned, kindly be aware that we might disclose your information to the relevant law enforcement authorities if we firmly believe that doing so would be necessary to abide by any legal requirements or government requests; to safeguard our customers' or the public's rights or prevent harm to our property or safety; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise handle issues related to fraud, security, or technology. You are aware, however, that we are not liable for anything that a third party or other user does to you while using our platform.
We've created a platform where individuals may have incredible social interactions, so please don't share anything that is against the law or endangers the health of the community or society as a whole.
You are welcome to share pictures, photos, movies, music, status updates, and other types of content on our platform since we firmly believe in the freedom of expression. All of the content you share with us is entirely your own, and you retain all ownership rights. The intellectual property rights of us or any third party will not be violated or infringed upon by you using our platform. The platform may remove such content if it violates the community guidelines and Oze content policies. Furthermore, we will always retain ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with any content we generate, even if you utilise it.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of the content you share, post, or upload using our services (consistent with your privacy and application settings). It is always possible for you to remove your material and/or account. Nevertheless, in the event that your content has been shared with others, it can still be visible on the Platform. The content you publish on our platform is still entirely your responsibility. Any content shared or posted on or via our Platform is not endorsed by us, and we take no liability for it or for any results that may arise from sharing or posting it. If our logo or any other trademark appears on any material you share, it does not imply that we have approved or promoted it. Furthermore, we disclaim all liability and responsibility for the results of any transactions you enter into or make with other platform users or platform advertisers.
You will always be accountable and have control over the content you share. We will never assert that we own intellectual property rights to the content you publish and post on our platform, but we will have a free, perpetual licence to do so.
By definition, we are an intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. These Terms are published in compliance with the requirements of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which stipulate that in order to access and use our Platform, users must publish the Oze Terms and Conditions, Oze Privacy Policy, and rules and regulations. Our responsibility is restricted to giving users a place to publish, exchange, and view content that they have created or shared with one another and with you.
We are not accountable for the actions that you or other users of the Platform may or may not take, and we have no influence over the results of such actions (whether they occur online or offline). Even though you may access third-party features and services through our services, we do not bear any liability for them. To the degree permitted by Indian law, we take full responsibility for everything that occurs on our platform. You acknowledge that even though we are aware that they could occur, we disclaim any liability for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages that arise for you or any other person in connection with these Terms. This includes lost profits, revenues, information, or data. This also applies to the removal of your content, information, or account.
We are an intermediary under Indian law. Although we have no control over what users publish on our platform, we do require everyone to abide by the community guidelines and Oze content guidelines.
We have created a platform that is run by the community. As a result, you consent to refrain from using our technological delivery system, Services, or non-public portions of our Platform. You promise not to employ any bots, trojans, viruses, or other harmful software, nor will you scrape our platform to obtain user data. Furthermore, you agree not to investigate, scan, or test any system, security, or authentication mechanism that we have put in place for vulnerabilities. We will delete your user profile and prevent you from using our services if you alter or attempt to alter our technological architecture or design. We might also take legal action against you and report such behaviour to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
You won't break into our Platform or install any kind of dangerous malware. If you engage in such behaviour, we have the right to ban you from the site and to report you to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Publishers of pertinent news and current affairs must comply with applicable legislation and furnish the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with details of their Oze user accounts.

Even though our platform is functional and open to the public, we must make money in order to continue providing our services to you at no cost. In order to display sponsored content or adverts to you, we may share any information we may gather about you, such as your username, gender, profile images, and usage and interaction trends on our platform. If you do, however, buy any of the products that were advertised to you, we will not be responsible for paying you a revenue share. We neither recommend nor attest to the legitimacy of any items. Users on our Platform who only promote products do not imply our support of them.
If we share any sensitive personal information (as defined under the applicable laws), we will ask you for your consent prior to sharing the same.
Our platform and services are always being updated. You might need to download and occasionally update the Oze mobile application on your device in order to use our Platform.
You will need to install the most recent Oze mobile application on your device each time an update is issued for the software and applications that you use on a regular basis.

The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free provision of the Services or the Platform, its continued compatibility with any device, or the correction of any faults are not warranties that we provide.
We shall not be liable in any way for any special, incidental, punitive, direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from another user's breach of the Terms, or from the use of or reliance on any of the Services or the Platform, nor shall any of our affiliates, successors, assigns, and each of their respective investors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers be.
If any of the aforementioned exclusions is found to be invalid for any reason and we, or any of our affiliated companies, officers, directors, or employees, are held accountable for any loss or damage, our liability will be restricted to the amount paid to us for the use of the Platform or the Services in the month prior to the claim date.
You undertake to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, as well as their officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns, from and against any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, demands, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from:
